Wales head of physical performance Paul Stridgeon is to leave his role with immediate effect after the conclusion of the 2023 Six Nations.
Stridgeon, who has previously worked with England and Toulon, has been a key part of Wales’ set-up as the man responsible for getting the side in peak physical condition.
Ken Owens, the Wales captain, confirmed after his team was beaten by France in Paris that a member of his team’s management was set to move on.
And it is understood that man is Stridgeon who is now likely to return to working in French domestic rugby.
